Is it allowed to listen to songs in ramadan?
and some people say u cnat listen to songs while u are fasting but after iftar
u can listen.. is it the correct thing?
or its not allowed to listensongs during whole month of ramadan?
we shouldnt listen to songs in ramadam and in other months as well.. coz ppl says that islam forbid u to listen to songs,watching movies etc .. but i dont know if its really true.. i mean.. if i think about it.. is it bad to listen to songs? if yes? then why ? from my point of view.. i think theres nothng bad if u listen to songs.. its just a poem.. which is just sung by someone.. and if poetry is allowed then songs should be also allowed.. and in songs mostly topics are about love and peace etc.. so theres nothing bad to listen to songs.. then why ppl say that its forbidden?
if they say its forbidden to watch movies.. i will agree.. coz in movies there can be many scenes which we shouldnt see or which are nasty etc.. but listening songs.. is totally different.. i hope you guys have understood my questions... and everything what i have written above.. :P

Well its not the point whether we can listen songs in Rmzan or during fast .... Question can be whether Listening Songs is allowed or not .... not only in Ramzan, but also in all the other months too.
According to my knowledge and what I have read .... the songs which we listen these days .... they are Haraam :)
Hazrat Syed Ali Hajveri (Dataa Gunj Bakhsh) writes in his book Kashf ul Mahjood that listening MUSIC is 100% HARAAM in Islam .... he writes k Daff k baray mai kaha jata hai k its allowed .... he said yes its allowed, lakin iss aik Daff ko base bana kar logg baki sazo'n ko bhi bajana aur sunna jaaiz qaraar daitay hain jo k ghalat hai .... So according to him, Music is HARAAM.
Now let me tell u what he says about Poetry or Singing poetry with rhythem. He writes in Kashf ul Mahjood k ye shairee pay depend karta hai k wo kesi hai? agar shairee achi hai, Iman ko mazboot karti hai ya apkay andar achi feeling paida karti hai to aap usay rhythem k sath gaa saktay ho, but without MUSIC aur isay sunna bhi 100% jaaiz hai ..... lakin agar shairee aisee hai jiss k insan k zehan mai buray khayalaat aain ya jiss say insan ki tabiyat kisi burai ki taraf maail ho, to aisee poetry ko sunna HARAAM hai .... aur meray khayal mai mostly aaj kal k songs 2nd catagory mai hee aatay hain, means poetry theek nahi hoti .... plus all the songs include Music, so iss laihaaz say dekha jaay, to SONGS SUNNA HARAAM HAI :) MEANS NOT ALLOWED!
Junaid Jamshed ki example daina chahoon ga .... wo banda bohat arsa iss kashmakash mai raha k whether Music is Halal or Haraam .... kaee dafa newspapers mai aaya k he is leaving Music Industry, but wo still gaata raha .... then ultimately he left all this. After that mainay uska aik interview suna tv pay in which he said k ye duniya showbiz ki bohat achi lagti thi .... dil nahi karta tha chornay ko .... zahir hai burai hoti to attractive haina .... mai baraa arsa sochta raha music k baray mai .... lakin aakhir mujhay yahi andaza hua k ye sab dhoka, jhoot aur fraud hai .... humara asal maqsad kuch aur hai aur hum kisi aur taraf phirr rahay hain ....
Aik dafa Junaid Jamshed FAST aaya along with Saeed Anwar and Maulana Dr. Tariq Jamil .... Maulana Sahib told k mai TV dekhta nahi hoon but aik dafa mai kisi k ghar wahan TV pay Junaid ka programme aaya .... uss mai kuch larkiyan iss k ird gird naach rahi theen ganay pay .... mujhay bara dukh hua aur mainay dua ki Allah taala say useee lamhay k aay Allah iss banday ko aik dafa mujh say milva dai .... aur kuch arsay baad hee ye mujhay khud milnay aa gya asking about the reality of Music .... k iski Sharai haiseeyat kya hai? aur Junaid kehta hai k meri aik sitting huee Dr. Tariq Jamil sahib k sath and he changed my life fully and showed me the right path :) aur abb Junaid sirf naats parhta hai .... Allah ki dee huee aawaz uski aur uskay Habib (SA) ki Hamd o Sanaa aur Naats k liay use karta hai .... MASHALLAH :) !!!!
Movies k baray mai ye hai k if it doesn't contain any wrong thing .... aur uss movie mai aanay wali ladies proper dressing mai hain, to dekhna allowed ho sakta hai .... means shayad Shareeah koi rasta nikal dai .... but zabardast hee koi excuse nikalnay wali baat ho gee ye :) Yes if the movie is informative like some documentary or Islamic programme, naats etc, current affairs .... which is actually giving u some important thing and is not just wastage of time, then movie dekh saktay hain .... warna nahi :)
Gharon mai jo pics bana k hum apni lagatay hain .... frame karva k .... its NOT ALLOWED .... uss ghar mai kaha jata hai k Rehmat k Farishtay nahi aatay jahan jandaron ki pics lagi hon .... According to Mufti Muhammad Akmal of Q Tv, bila zaroorat pic banvana .... like passport aur id card etc k ilava .... aur banva k deewaron pay sajaa daina .... its not allowed in Islam! Yes! mobile say jo pic lee jay, ya jo pic Computer mai ho .... wo allowed hai .... bcoz thats not a pic as such .... ye data hai basically .... 1's and 0's k combinations hain .... ye image nahi hai .... its data jo humain uss shakal mai dekhai daita hai .... so its allowed!
ye mera aur kuch Ehl e Ilm logon ka point of view hai .... mainay unn say suna, aur ap tak convey kar dia :) !!!!

but still i think beshak songs apko buri chezo ki taraf karte hain
tu ap woh song na suno jis mai kuch aisa ho.. but i dont know.. just leave it
wesay Islam k ehkamaat ko humain as it is laina hota hai :) hum kisi hukam pay questioning nahi kar saktay k song ghalat taraf laijanay wala na suno baki sunn lo .... etc etc ya kuch bhi aur ..... Quran says k Islam mai poori tarah dakhil ho jao, which means uskay harr hukam ko mano ..... jiss say mana kia hai uss say mana ho jao aur jiska hukam dia hai wo karo .... hum harr cheez ko logic say proof nahi kar saktay k Allah nay ye hukam dia hai to iski logic kya hai? jo jesa hai, usko wesay hee manna parta hai :) thats what we call IMAN!
