Persian - Naat e Rasool (SA)

Here is a naat in Persian. If anyone of you knows Persian, please translate it for me in Urdu or English. I wanna know its translation bcoz its the Kalaam of a very famous and Great Aasiq e Rasool Poet Molana Jami. I have heard alot about him but never got opportunity to read his kalaam. Now if I have found his kalaam, couldn't understand it. If anyone of you guys can help me in this regard, I will be very thankful to you.
